The Garden

Here at Zio Casual Italian, we like to know where our food comes from and how it's handled so that we can guarantee the highest quality food for our families and yours! The Garden at Zio Casual Italian has grown from a few raised beds for herbs, to an ever-blooming ecosystem of fruits, vegetables, herbs, flowers, and more.

In the summer, our kitchen receives about 1,000 pounds of produce from the garden, and it's growing more every year. Our unique "Farm-to-Fork" concept has been a passion of Jim's, and he's constantly thinking of ways we can improve the garden. It doesn't get more local than this!
